Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed live entertainment like stilt-walking and a colorful light show. The hotel is great for family and friends outings with super fun playrooms for kids. It’s close to attractions and staff kept us informed about activities. Overall, it was a fantastic group getaway with plenty to do!

The rooms are smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing. We found it cramped at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun overall.

Our experience at the hotel was truly disappointing. The receptionist, Johane, was unfriendly and refused our request for extra housekeeping service due to hotel policy. Her rude demeanor made us feel uncomfortable during our stay, which was not expected while on vacation. We were just looking for a clean room, but we had to clean up after ourselves instead.

I had a good stay! The room had a cozy layout with a queen and Murphy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the live entertainment they offered. The location was convenient, close to attractions.

stayed at plaza quebec for 3 nights and loved the family-friendly vibe. the interior balcony signature room was cozy and came with a queen bed and murphy bed that saved space, perfect for our stay. friendly service at reception added to the pleasant experience. also, its location was great, just a short drive from the airport and close to old-world charm.

I had a wonderful stay here, with quick access to Parc Roland-Beaudin and the beautiful La Promenade Samuel-De Champlain for my morning strolls. the friendly front desk staff had me checked in within minutes, making for a smooth start to my weekend getaway.

Just a suitable option for a day tour in Quebec City with good price value. The pool was clean and had towels available. Consider bringing your own toiletries for a better experience.
